Ingredients
• 4 cups full cream milk – 1 litre
• 2 cups evaporated milk – 500 ml
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk – 300 g
• ½ cup sugar – 100 g (adjust to taste)
• 3 tablespoons cornflour (Cornstarch) – 24 g
• ¼ cup water – 60 ml (to dissolve the cornflour)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla flavour
• Food flavours of your choice (strawberry, chocolate, pineapple, mint, etc.)
• Food colours (optional)
• Ice cream nylon/sachets
Instructions
• Dissolve the cornflour in the water until smooth.
• Pour the full cream milk into a pot and heat over medium heat.
• Add the dissolved cornflour and stir continuously until the mixture thickens slightly.
• Remove from the heat and allow it to cool completely.
• Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla flavour. Mix until smooth.
• Divide the mixture into separate bowls if making different flavours.
• Add your preferred flavour and a few drops of food colouring to each bowl and stir well.
• Use a funnel to fill the sachets, leaving a little space at the top.
• Tie each sachet securely.
• Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until completely firm.
• Serve and enjoy your refreshing homemade sachet ice cream.
