Cheesy Herb Stuffed Flatbreads

These golden, pan-fried stuffed flatbreads are soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and filled with a delicious mixture of cheese and fresh herbs. They’re perfect for breakfast, lunch, or as a savory snack.

Yield: 8–10 stuffed flatbreads

Ingredients

For the Dough

  • 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter

For the Filling

  • 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For Cooking

  • 2–3 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
