Tea Base
- 8 cups (2 liters) water
- 6 hibiscus tea bags (or ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers)
Fruit
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
Protein
- 4 scoops unflavored or berry-flavored whey protein isolate (or collagen peptides, if preferred)
Sweetener (Optional)
- 2–4 tablespoons erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or your preferred sugar-free sweetener
