Brownie Mix Cookies

Step 1: Prepare the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the cookie dough
Add the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Stir until everything is well combined and a thick, sticky dough forms.

Step 3: Add chocolate chips
Fold the chocolate chips into the dough, making sure they are evenly distributed.

Step 4: Chill the dough
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. This makes the sticky dough much easier to scoop and helps the cookies hold their shape while baking.

Step 5: Shape the cookies
Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of dough for each cookie and place the portions onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave about 2 inches of space between them because they will spread as they bake.

Step 6: Add extra chocolate
Press a few additional chocolate chips onto the tops of the dough balls if you want an extra chocolatey finish.

Step 7: Bake
Bake for approximately 9–12 minutes. The edges should look set while the centers still appear slightly soft. Avoid overbaking if you want that fudgy brownie-like texture.

Step 8: Cool
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. They will continue to firm up as they cool. Transfer them to a wire rack afterward.

Step 9: Serve
Enjoy them warm with a glass of cold milk, coffee, or your favorite hot drink. For an extra indulgent dessert, serve one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

These easy brownie mix cookies are perfect when you need a quick dessert for guests, school treats, holidays, bake sales, or simply a late-night chocolate craving.

Soft, fudgy, chewy, and loaded with chocolate—this is one recipe you definitely don’t want to lose! 🍫🍪
