This homemade mask is designed to hydrate the skin—not perform miracles.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
- ½ teaspoon olive oil (optional for very dry skin)
Step 1
Wash your hands or neck with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Step 3
Apply a thin, even layer to clean skin.
Step 4
Leave the mask on for 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
Rinse with lukewarm water.
Avoid hot water, which can dry out the skin.
Step 6
Finish by applying a rich moisturizer while the skin is still slightly damp.
Repeat once or twice a week if desired.
