High-Protein Mixed Berry Cheesecake Fluff

Step 1: Prepare the Cream Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and cheesecake pudding mix.
  2. Beat with a hand mixer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Fold in the Whipped Topping

  1. Gently fold the whipped topping into the mixture until fully incorporated.
  2. Avoid overmixing to keep the mixture light and fluffy.

Step 3: Add the Fruit

  1. Fold in the strawberries, blueberries, and mixed berries.
  2. Stir gently so the berries remain whole.

Step 4: Chill

  1. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the pudding to thicken and the flavors to blend.

Step 5: Serve

  1. Spoon into dessert cups or bowls.
  2. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if desired.
  3. Garnish with a few extra fresh berries and enjoy.

Tips

  • For even more protein, blend the cottage cheese until smooth before mixing.
  • Use your favorite berries, such as raspberries, blackberries, or cherries.
  • Leave off the graham cracker topping for a lower-carb version.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
