Irresistible Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches

1. Prepare the Cookie Dough

In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.

2. Chill the Dough

Cover and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap.

6. Freeze

Freeze for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
