1. Make the special sauce
Add the mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to a small bowl.
Mix until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate while preparing the beef.
2. Cook the ground beef
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
Drain excess grease if necessary.
3. Warm the tortillas
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 15–20 seconds per side, or according to the package directions.
This makes them easier to fold without cracking.
4. Build the wraps
Lay each tortilla flat.
Spread a generous spoonful of the Big Mac sauce over the center.
Add shredded lettuce, cooked ground beef, diced onion, pickles, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
Add another drizzle of sauce if desired.
5. Fold the wraps
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to create a sealed wrap.
6. Toast for extra flavor
Place the wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat.
Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
7. Serve
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.
