Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes (white or yellow)
- 2 cups water
- Blender or grater
- Fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
- Clean spray bottle or glass jar
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon rosemary water
- 3 drops rosemary essential oil (only if properly diluted)
Step 1: Wash the Potatoes
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove dirt.
Peeling is optional, but remove any green spots or sprouts before using.
Step 2: Grate or Blend
Grate the potatoes or cut them into chunks and blend until smooth.
Step 3: Extract the Juice
Place the grated potato or puree into a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Press firmly to extract as much liquid as possible into a clean bowl.
If the juice seems too thick, mix it with about ½ cup of clean water.
Step 4: Add Optional Ingredients
For extra moisture, stir in:
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
If desired, add:
- 1 teaspoon cooled rosemary water
Mix well.
Step 5: Transfer to a Bottle
Pour the mixture into a clean spray bottle or jar.
Store it in the refrigerator and use within 2–3 days, as fresh potato juice spoils quickly and contains no preservatives.
