1. Bake the Potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place them directly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45–60 minutes, until tender.
- Cut a slit down the center of each potato.
- Fluff the inside with a fork.
- Add butter, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Return to the oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
2. Roast the Broccoli
- Place the broccoli florets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Roast at 425°F (220°C) for approximately 18–22 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Cook until the edges are lightly browned and the broccoli is tender.
3. Cook the Bacon
- Place the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for about 4–6 minutes per side, or until it reaches your preferred crispness.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Keep warm until serving.
4. Season the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
Combine the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
5. Sear the Pork Chops
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops without overcrowding the pan.
- Cook for approximately 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Add the butter and minced garlic during the final couple of minutes.
- Spoon the garlic butter over the pork chops as they finish cooking.
- Cook until the thickest part reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Transfer the pork chops to a plate and let them rest for 3 minutes.
6. Make the Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
- Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Add milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour in the eggs.
- Gently stir with a spatula, allowing soft curds to form.
- When the eggs are almost cooked but still slightly creamy, sprinkle in the cheddar cheese.
- Continue folding gently until the cheese melts and the eggs are fully cooked.
- Remove from the heat immediately to prevent them from becoming dry.
7. Warm the Dinner Rolls
Brush the rolls with melted butter.
Place them in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 5–7 minutes, until warm and lightly golden.
8. Assemble the Plate
Arrange a golden pork chop in the center of each plate.
Add a generous serving of cheesy scrambled eggs, roasted broccoli, and a loaded baked potato.
Place crispy bacon and warm buttered dinner rolls alongside the main dishes.
For an extra indulgent touch, serve with additional butter or a small bowl of warm pan gravy.
Serve immediately while everything is hot. The combination of savory browned pork chops, creamy cheesy eggs, crisp bacon, roasted broccoli, buttery potatoes, and fluffy rolls creates a comforting Southern-inspired feast that’s perfect for a big family breakfast, brunch, or dinner.
